Turbo and Injector install update
Sorry for the delay but I was trying to make sure I had things straight before talking about them. Seems I still don't have things straight but I will give the lowdown to date.
As you know I have to realign my turbo housing again, but the manifold boots are still holding so no biggy. I do know I can easily bury my 35psi gauge so I will have one for sale here shortly. Who would have ever thought that back when I bought it?
Well, I knew the truck was much stronger but had a problem with the top 2 hp tunes. One it turns out is for throttle to the floor drag strip only, so that explains that. Not a daily driver The other one was not driveable on the street either.
I also noticed that I had a rotational velocity problem on #4 and 5. I chalked it up to possible air in the oil rails as I hadn't even driven it 50 miles. So last night I drained and switched to Rotella syn. Took it for a drive. Ran strong but did not seem as strong as it should.
OK, no problem since I was going to Swamps today for tuning work anyway. Next post.

So Jonathan at Swamps tweaks the chip some, and we go for a ride and he datalogs the event as we go along listening to my observations. We get back to the shop and he runs a CCT on it and well old #4 is not contributing properly.
Get my chip tweaked some more and make a tentative appointment for late next week to go down and have them pull it. I told him I could pull it but he wants it done at the shop as he wants to see firsthand what is wrong.
So that is where I am at. Drove home and got the CCT to work for me on AE even with the AIH code (Curtis), same thing, #4 failed test. On rotational velocity it is reading 5.5.
Before anyone asks, I cannot really tell except it is slightly rough at times. The additional power might be why I didn't notice a drop in performance as it is still more powerful than before. I have no idea what I am missing as I have yet to see it.
There ya go.

Anyhow, I am hoping to brave the 20* weather tomorrow and realign my turbo housing. Yep, pulling the turbo, again. I will also pull that VC and at least check all of my connections again so I don't look like a schlepp. At least it's the driver side, TG.

I know it must be a little fustrating since the project started a couple of weeks ago - but after next week you'll have it all taken care of.
When you did the CC test, did you run the individual cyliders on the Live Data Meter or run the CCT on the onboard test screen? What #'s did the others show and at what idle speed?
Don't answere to quick - I need to geta beer
