I don't feel so bad now. Last time I bought an old Ford was in '93, I bought a '79 F-150 that had 60,000 miles on it and did not need a thing and paid $4000 for it. I guess that truck would go for 6 or 7 now. Phil

put a paint job on it and a clutch and id then say it would be worth $1500....in the shape i see the pics about $600- $800

Looks like a nice solid truck. Are you sure that it's a 77? From the grill setup it looks to be a 73-75. Although we all know that these grills can be swapped. My 77 F150 had 78-79 grill and hood on it when I bought it, but I'm going back to a 77 look when I get it all put back together.

You caught my mistake Cujo, It is a '73, I must have had '77 in my head for some reason.
I bought a '78 F-350 yesterday for $700. I wanted it for the flat bed and the dually rear end. With the help of a Kabota tractor, we got the old bed off and the flat bed on, I'll post some photos later on.
