Sold my old house! WOOT! WOOT!!!

We finally sold our old house in Beebe, been on the market since November..

I'm so dang happy I'm crappin Tiffany cuff links!!

I had to go up in the attic this evening to fix some loose ductwork, here comes the fun cold shower. Got to love 30yr old blown-in fiberglass..

This should free up some $$ to put towards PSD thats out there somewhere for me.

Oh PSD, where art thou?

Joe

Congratulations! It can seem like forever. I've been trying since June to sell one - can't even get a sniff. Seems like folks are sittin' tight on the funds, waiting for the prices to bottom.

Good for you Joe. When I moved out here I was eating two house payments for 13 months before my old one sold. I'm amazed yours moved so quickly. Congratulations.

BTW....guys that drive PSD powered Superduty trucks do not make reference to tiffany cuff links. Now if you had said "I'm so dang happy I'm crappin' compound turbos" I would have known exactly what you meant.

That was a PG version of a quote from the movie Full Metal Jacket.. but yeah, I've been eating two payments since June.

We originally borrowed enough to build a 30 x 40 shop as well, but the house went over and that didn't get to happen.. maybe I can work on getting that going now.

I've been looking passively for a truck for years, problem is, I have a hard time paying so much for something I can't afford to drive on a daily basis.. For the most part it will be parked..
If I can squeeze into the 10 -15k range that might do

It was mfg'd in Jan 01

It absolutely does have PMR's with that build date, but that shouldn't stop you from tweaking it a little bit.

Dave said the grill suffered a bird strike.....If you want my old grill it's yours. Just one little crack where the deer hit it. Not noticable unless you're looking for it.
