I have an '04 F250 that I'm going to be lifting in the near future. I'm back and forth between 6" and 8". But, that's not really the problem. The problem is, I don't know which size tire to get for either one. Anybody got an opinion as to what would be the best size for either of these lift heights? Thanks

I can give an opinion. I have a 6" lift with 315x75x16 tires and I think it looks just a little small. It doesn't look dorky, mind you, I just think 37s would have filled out the wheel wells much better. Not sure about 8", someone should be along shortly.

i have 6" lift with 35s on an 06 truck and they look small. as a matter of fact i plan to put on 40s with the 6" soon (with some fender trimming...) but i would go no smaller than 37s with 6" or 40s with 8. as a side note go for the 8"lift because once you drive the truck with the smaller lift for a year or two youll want it bigger. at least i do. basically choose carefully because it sucks when you are faced with buying a second lift because the first one isnt big enough...
