Question st landry parish body shop?

Is there a decent body shop around opelousas that won't mind working on an old f100? The only thing I want done is floor pans and front cab mounts. Seams most places just want to do new cars that have been in wrecks. I understand why (replacing parts with junk made in china=profit) but maybe someone knows of a place that's got some old timers that wouldn't mind working on something that ain't plastic and wasn't made in korea. If I don't currently have a welder or any body tools, and this is the only body repair I see being done in the near future, and I haven't done much body work before - is this something I could try myself, or should try? It don't need to be perfect but I would like it to be right and I belive I would be looking at significant investment in tools/equipment?

If you had the tools it would be something to tackle. But you are right about the big $ tools. It is hard to get body shops to work on our older trucks. I am sure that there are a few.

OK any one from this area have any ideas?
