This is an old picture I have put the flareside steps back on. I think it looks better with them on as soon as I get a day off I will post a new pic of my truck. So tell me what you think. Thank you very much cory aka flaresideman

i absolutely love your truck. really gives me an idea of what i want to do with mine and how it would look. i didnt think i would ever like the cab lights on f150s but it really works on yours. do you have anymore pictures of it? also what did the toolbox come out of? ive been lookign for one but not sure what size i would need. im thinking maybe something out of a ranger?

dang many how much lift do you have on that thing?

id love to get a crew cab like that and modify it so that a flareside would fit on it. they always look so long to me though. did they make short and long wheel base crew cabs?

Yes. I used to ride a long crew cab 350 into Chicago to sell at a farmers market. We just did the rocker panels on a short bed crew cab 250 here a couple weeks ago.

here you can see just how much oil is getting into that air box then streaking down the fender

Have you looked into this problem any more? I had this exact same issue on my 4.9 and I ended up replacing the motor.

Okay so, here's some pictures.

Before taking off running boards:

After taking boards off:

Dent before touching it:

After compounding and waxing:

After hitting slight from behind the metal:

I'm taking it to a local guy that does some body work. I'll see if he can make the dent look any better and I have rust I think bubbling through over my driver side rear wheel.
