Do this test, turn the ignition to on, but do not start the engine, if the airbag light does not illuminate with the rest of the bulbs during the self check, then is is burnt out and that is the cause for the chime you are getting, The owners manual says that if the light is burnt out it will chime 5 times and pause, do it for 5 cycles or so, and if I remember corectly repeat itself every half hour
