Thumbs up Sorry, learning to much to ask ?

Attention griff64! Our records show that you haven't posted in over 2 weeks. Remember that FTE is a community and we need your participation! Don't be afraid to post and be a part of the action.

Just want to drop a quick couple of lines and thank everyone who posts ? and answers, this site is the bomb. I used it to fix- fuel seperator o-rings, digital mess. center, I ordered Isspro gauges, and DP tuner today, and am going to take off and clean boots as soon as rain lets up a little.

2002 F-350 CC 4x4 SB, 4" exhaust, 4" lift, 35/12.50/16.5
Just want to say thanks again, you have all saved me a bunch of money, so figured to get tuner and gauges with money I saved. maybe become a supporter too!!!

Thanks, Dave

Hey Scott, I am way north up in the Redwoods by Eureka. I am just trying to figure this truck out, first diesel and thought it was running okay. took it to dealer to get cps checked and they told me cps was ok but had hp oil leak and intake boot leak. I tightened boots and it got better but now waiting for rain to let up to take them off and clean real good to see if it helps more.
Thanks again everybody, Dave

What's the difference? I just noticed my boot under the intake is leaking a bit. How tight did you tighten them?
Thanks, and by the way, welcome to FTE!!!

I just snugged them up. If they are leaking I don't believe they will seal very good without being cleaned. Just my thought.

as per a tread on here, it helps them slide on and once it dries it makes them stick together Dave
