Thumbs up dp tune and myself had a go at a twin stacked dodge today..

with my lil wimpy 7.3, dp 80 hp perf tune today....he was merging onto the highway in behind me so i lured him in with a lil diesel smoke attractant to see if he wanted to play ! ..... he closed in and pulled up beside me and rolled down the window with a chit eatin grin on his face ... banged his fists together and was nodding his head and i pointed straight ahead and said after you...i let him start to pull before i hit it and in just a few seconds i pulled ahead of him well over a truck length or so....eased off and we paired up again with the exact same results....he fell back and got off at the next exit ramp..... man that sure was fun ! suprised me cause i know those cummins are pretty hard to beat when turned up... no idea what he had done to it but it had twin stacks and a 4 pillar gauge setup....anyways...after 2 years with this dp tune im still amazed how good it pulls, esp from 70 mph and up...keep up the good work jody....

...im gonna guess about the same as mine ...2000 model or so...it was only a reg cab with an open , flat bed on it...mine is a full blown cc dually, that hits the scales at 7800 lbs without me in it....i figured he would eat my lunch for sure but i was pleasently suprised... ill say it took 4 or 5 miles to get the grin off my face !!

sounds like another satisfied DP customer. Bet Jody and Diane could get some serious Dodge business if they started tuning for Mopar. On second thougt, if you bought a Dodge, you already new what you were getting, a pile of $#!% with a good motor.

My buddy has a dodge and I know its fast. But after I get a few mods done I'm going to drag race him and we'll see. I dont expect to beat him but I do expect to let him know that without doing 100hp injectors like he has we 7.3's can give him a run for his money.

Well done!

FYI- I have a buddy with identical truck to my F-250: 01 7.3 PSD. He runs same mods with exception of a Diablo Predator. I took him for a ride in mine on 80 Econ and he commented "your truck is much stronger than mine".

Kudos to Jody. This is a case of getting what you pay for...

With big oil, the top end pull is even better. It keeps you back in the seat instead of just watching the speedo move

Jody really knows what hes doing, my friend has a superchips on his 6.0 and I can keep
up with him for the most part....his is a reg cab long bed with stock tires, and mines just a little bit heavier lol
