I have the original sales receipt from september 20,1976 when he purchased the 77 I have now. He paid 7560.45 from Henry Woodfield Ford in Gaithersburg,MD. I'm still looking for an owners manual though.
hope you got the xtra large jar of vasiline with that!
Ray
After looking at the receipt again, he traded his 75 Blazer in and got 4300.00 for that , so in all actuality, he only paid 2790.00 all together. Besides that, where can you get a brand new F250 4x4 today for under 7500.00 ?
When I bought my '79, I was cleaning out all the junk the previous owner left in the cab, and in the glove box I found the original owner's manual. It was still in the original Ford plastic bag with the warranty and tire booklet too.
If anyone is interested to see these original bits of Original Ford Literature .. Let meknow and I'll scan them all.
Shure I would really like to see one for a 76 as I got NOTHING with the truck my glovebox is stuck closed so al I got was a truck no manuals or anything you may send the pictures in a PM or on here anyway its good!
