Ok, so I just got back from the local dealership trying to find the right hitch. He did not have any in stock and had to order one, part # 7L3Z-17D826-D, price $340.00. He was having a hard time finding it in the computer as multiple part #'s for it were coming up....as in reinforcement plates for it….etc.

So can anybody confirm that this is the right part # for the hitch on a 2006 F150 with factory towing package and style-side body?

What happened to the origianl hitch?

I was rear ended it was bent a 1/2" down.
