Wasn't finished with other post, I was trying to edit some when I hit the reply icon. What I wanted to add was that the scanner does not read any problems now. I have searched for loose connections, vacuum leaks, ect. Again nothing noticable except at low rpm, at med or high rpm, runs and pulls great. Maybe someone can help me also.
You are right biz4two it is service engine soon light, and if you are not seeing it light up when the key is being turned on then it might be burned out and there could be some DTC indicating a problem.
Brought the truck to the C.T agina today. Turned out it was the caliper. Asked them if they had a obd2 scanner, as luck would have it they did pluged that bad boy in, turned the key a position and let the dtc's fly the scanner said I have a cylinder #9 missfire, only thing now is to wait tell my C.o.P's come in to put an end to this vibration....

What I mean't was that the reason I went to C.T again was for a ceased caliper, no doubt the truck takes off faster and coasts alot better but I still got the vibration/shake. C.o>p's should be coming in this week The adventure is amost over I feel it and if fixing the missfir doesn't stop the vibs or the shakes I'am stumped
Passenger side (front to back): #1, #2, #3, #4, #5

Hope that helps...and do post back the results.

Thanks for the info biz.
Did some work on the 10 today after work, took 2 hours to change 8 spark plugs and 1 coil #9 but have left 4 and 5 bigger problem yet I can't get the socket down on the #4 spark plug, and before the coil was removed the tab that holds it in place with the screw was broken and the coil was sticking out higher then the rest.
Now the trick is going to be, to try and figure out whats down there. . . I hope its a boot left over from the last guy that serviced it and not a crooked sprak plug. Will see tomorow when it's (what ever it is?) is pulled out.

Absolutely! Keep us informed...I'm pretty curious what is up with #4.
easier said then done... there are some hose's that are going to be in key spots of were I'am going to need to put the mirror and light to angle it for me to see it, but what am I talking about I haven't try'd it yet will find out tomorow morning before I go to work or will even be going to work
I sure things will end with the best results and the viberation, etc being gone
The funny thing is, when I pulled all 8 plugs, there were 7 plugs that had been changed recently, i'd say less then 10,000 klms on them and then cylinder #9 which was a motorcraft plug from god knows when...I'll scan a pic of them tomorow
The one on the left was removed from cylinder #2, Right is from #9
It's not a great pic but it gives you an idea of what was swapt out on number 9 cylinder.
I've taken a mirror to look down the sprk plug hole but I can'e seem to see deep enough it looks as though the spark plug is fine, which means theres a tip from a rubber boot or other debris down there that just won't budge from teh compressed air....
My buddy should be here around 1:30 with his camera may be it will help but even then if it is the tip of a rubber boot, how the hell am I going to get it out... I thought about needle nose pliers but I don't think i'll have much succese with'em
what ever is down there, its proving to be a real problem. My buddy brought his cam but ended up seeing nothing its just too tight with all the hoses, etc... there and didn't want to scratch the camera. Tryed going at it with needle nose pliers, no luck. Tryed to install a new coil but would end up having to force it down and screw it in.
I think I'am juust going to bite the bullet and take it into the stealership some time during the the week.
great thing is, is that it still fires gotta love that V9 for the moment
Just got back from the dealer today, learned some things at a great price but its nothing really positive though
In number 4 cylinder was a piece of a boot.
The vibration is caused by the motor 50/60klm.
Now this is were it gets intresting, the reason for the vibration is that number 9 cylinder is Dead (I know I've said this before but I mean't missfire) total compresson for cylinder number 5= 175, cylinder number 9= 0, wait I'll type it again..."0". I asked if it was a valve, spring, lifter, cam. They said it was unlikely due to the fact that its not making any noise (tick, tick, tick).
On the positive side I'am going shopping for a V10 crate motor or the likes. . . if any one has seen some for sale or has one, post, drop a pm or email me please.
