The largest I could get under my 94 was a 32/11.50/15 and it will rub if you turn it all the way one way or the other with the lift a 33/12.50/15 would fit nicely but you might get a 35/12.50/15 under it. My advice would be to get some 16in rims you could run a 285/75/16 ( 33/10.50/16 ) this size is what I run under mine with no lift and it does fine . What the problem is with going taller you also go wider on most 15in tires which is why you rub the radius arms on early 90 F150,s so to go taller you have to lift to give clearence thats why I suggested the 16,s they are normally narrower for the same height as the 15in I hope this helps.
33's will fit on a stock F150/Bronco. I had to trim the inner bumper lip. On my 95 Bronco. Depending on wheels will/not rub on your radius arm. 2" body Id say 35 should fit. I got 36's on my stock F350. BigDog your in the wrong year section. Umm I did do a set of BFG AT's on ur style at my shop once, but I cant remember the size. It wasnt too much bigger then stock. Whats the size you have now? Id go a size or 2 up from that.
Right now I have 235 70 R17 right know. Also looking for a 2" body lift any ideas where I can find one resonably priced? This truck is still under warranty until next year, then I'm going to put different tires on.
That 12.5 only measures 10.5. They are never what they say they are. And I like 12.5 on a 10'' wide wheel. I dont like the tire buldge you get, some you do some you dont. As every tire is a different size no matter what it says. I have had a true 31x10.5, and my friends was like like 30x9 and it said 31x10.5. So if you go with a good brand chances are they will be a bit bigger then the cheaper brands. I had a 255/40/17 on my mustang and my new 245/40/17 is wider then the old one.
I just installed a 2in. body lift and 2in longer front springs, 15x10s w/33x12.5s I had to trim the plastic from the lower bumper, about 1in. I think if you use 8 in wheels it would be no problem.
I have a 95 reg bed 4x4 that I just got a few days ago. there were new 33-12.50-15 Apaches on the back and a smaller junkers on the front. I put some BF T/A 33-12.50,s on the front too and it leveled off real nice and only rubs when you turn heavy, I can live with that and I just need to get used to just where I can turn to. The Apaches really get a bad rap, they don't look bad at all, I'll see how they play out.
