Fellas this guy Alan hughes is on the ball when it comes to customer satisfaction i had a problem where fedex left a part without a signature and in nyc around holiday time and unfortionatley my part went south and i jumped the gun and thought it would end up in credit card dispute but this guy steped up to the plate and made all good and prices you cant beat. I just thought i would let all know this its hard to find excellent customer satisfaction and thats worth more then the prices

direct will be getting all my business from now on.
the other guy, i ordered a headlight switch on 12-27-07.
order was shown as completed on 12-27.
order was not shipped till 01-02-08.
it was scheduled for delivery on 01-09, but is still somewhere between Waco Texas and St Louis Mo.
i have no idea why a package being delivered to New Jersey from Oregon was sent down to Texas, then up to Missouri, but that is what DHL is doing.
DHL can kiss my butt.
