I've been out of the inspection business for a while now & I don't have a manual anymore. I was wondering about how close the rubber stops for the axles have to be ? I know there is a measurement there for how far they can go before they are supposed to bottom out.

 

i looked in my book, that i have and couldn't find anything about bump stop at all .... my copy is from 2004 when i got my inspection license for cars and heavy trucks
