well i was backing out of the garage at 6 this morning to go to work and i was tired and not paying attention and what do you know my mirror hooked the door on the garage. after a few choice words i inspected the damage. well all it is is a plastic peace that goes around the glass on the mirro and molds over to where it mounts onto the door. it is a thin small plastic peace and i am hoping to buy just this part. ok where can i either A get this part or B get an exploded view of the mirror with the p/n so i can try to order it.

 

I don't think you'll get just the one plastic piece from Ford. They will sell you the whole mirror, just the glass, or a few other parts, but not single parts of the housing.

You can poke around directfordparts.com or other online parts houses to see if an illustration can be found.

 

I have the driver and pass. mirror. No heat or turn signal and they are black if you need a new one. They have a tiny bit of white specks of overspray on them but look new.

 

ok thanx guys and blue how much are you thinking bout asking for the passenger mirror? i been looking around on the net but haven't had much luck so far and don't want to spend 100 bucks on a mirror.
