Question Extended Cab seat lift

I am looking at possibly doing the LMI lift for my bench seat in a 94' F150. Has anyone done this and is it worth the money? Does any one else make this kit? Any help and or opinions would be helpful.

THanks,

I made my own lift from 5" C-channel..puts the seatback top edge just below the rear window...works great.

I took the bolted in 5th wheel plate & ball the PO had in the bed out, now I had a big hole in the center with 6 mounting holes over the frame. So off to the wrecker to see if any trucks had a drop in bed liner. Found a reg cab with a minty Ford plastic box liner & tailgate pad. There was a ext cab 94 1/2 ton next to it & the rear seat looked " wrong" so I took a closer look. Turns out there was a LMI lift kit on it. So I snagged that too. The kit works well. Does as advertized. HOWEVER. I tend to run with the rear seat folded down for the dogs. This causes the lower seat cushion to interfere with the bucketseats. Mainly not allowing you to slide the bucket back as far as you may like. ( On long trips I like to set the cruise, turn up the tunes & slide the seat back to stretch out ) ALSO, on the pass side with the flip & fold bucket, the folder rear seat does not allow the bucket to slide all the way back to lock the slide before flipping the bucket upright. I am now very careful to slide the pass bucket fully forward before flipping it. Still does not work perfect every time. Could be a bucket seat only kinf of problem. Cheers Rick
