no horn, no rear wiper fluid, no cruise control

I have a 2000 Ford Explorer and the horn, rear wiper fluid pump and cruise control is not working. I have checked the fuses and the only one that was blown was replaced. Any suggestions?

The CC & horn sounds like a broken clock spring.

Does the horn work with your keyless entry?

yes the horn works with the keyless entry still.
