Gauge Readings, What do you see?

I have my DiPricol Optix pyro, boost and trans temp gauges hooked up and was wondering what kind of readings you are seeing? I am trying to compare stock verses Tuner numbers.
With the DP Tuner in 80 econo I am seeing 800 pyro when I get on it hard. At idle the pyro temp holds at 300 degrees. The trans temp gets to only about 110 after driving for 1/2 hour and at cruise I only see about 4 or 5 lbs pressure from the turbo. On hard accel the boost climbs to about 24 or higher. Can't tell how high for sure cause I am watching the road at those speeds! Anyway, What kind of readings are you seeing?

Where is your thermocouple located?
Mine are both in my exhaust manifold

I run Autometers and Ts Performance tuning...

EGTs cruising 600*-ish, mash the skinny pedal and they'll get close to 1200* as I get close to 90-100mph from a dead stop.
Trans, normally never gets hotter than 130*....max. I've ever seen in the summer running the truck hard was 150 * (BTS trans, 6.0 cooler, 4.56 gears, Mag-Hytec pan).

Boost will normally get to 28psi or so when I get on it hard. Cruise...anywhere from 2-10 psi depending on speed and conditions.

The thermocouple is located in the exhaust manifold before the turbo.

I was just running around at Hwy speeds and my tranny temp was at 130ish, the boost numbers you cite are probably commensurate with your mods. Pyro seems in the right range as well. Everything looks good to me. your pyro numbers are a bit lower than mine probably due to the fact that I am still running stock exhaust and you have the 5 inch. If i am running hard, i can see it climb up to about 900*-1000* easily.

Priv8pilot, I have the same setup as you and in 80 econo I get 250 egt at idle, 22-24 boost/900-1000egt as I wind her up and 600egt at 70mph on cruise. I have the trucool and my trans temp barely reached 140 in 90-100 degrees this past summer while on the highway.
