Talking National Rally Ideas or just group activity

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...-proposal.html

this national rally looks like a good idea.

Here are a couple of things i just thought up... whadda ya think

1) Border to Border , take a weekend and run up to canuckville on saturday, then run down and visit the ford people down in oregon, if we can find any of them there.

2) 4 Corners , make like a poker run and head all around the state to the four corners and taking the scenic routes of course. Finding new places to camp and stop in the middle and have a bon fire.

3) Leavenworth , make our own oktoberfest anytime we want, or plan on going up there during peak season and havin some fun.

4) Head West - I know we are west but we can go farther even, lets say go to ocean shores for camping and fun, they have good camp grounds, kite flying, horses, mopeds, beaches to drive on, good places to eat, lots of things.

5) How about Get to know your state, kinda like 4 corners idea - pick a bunch of cities you never heard of or went to and lets go there and bring our type of fun to new places like have you been to ......doty, starbuck, belvidere, malaga, amboy, sequim, i know i have not. a good way to see what is in your own back yard is to start exploring it

(sequim was mentioned for levity, it is not an actual place

Just remember that the Peninsula is a very special place with very special people...Kinda like an asylum within an asylum...We even have our own mountain range, though it looks like a blob on a topical map...LOL

Ocean Shores, a friend of mine has property there with in walking distance to the ocean. Have had two Diesel Pusher Motorhomes, my parents 32' 5er, a 24' TT and my camper in there. And room for another ten vehicles. Water on site, no power or bathroom. That is what the portable homes were for. An enclosed area for cooking and the fire pit. Can be done over there for no fee.
