the best programmer for a stick
hey guys i know all the ranting and ravng about the sct and everyone loves the way it shifts. anyone out there with a 6 speed got any info. i don't want a crap load of power( well yes i do but i don't need it) i just want a little more than i have and i'm not worried about the trans. any opinions would mean alot thanks guys

I have the DP tuner and love it.. its a 16 switch on the fly custom built tunes to your liking..you don't need to get all 16 filled..get just one tune if you like..call Jody and tell him what mods you got, and what you want the truck to do..he will make it just the way you want it...if you do any more mods in the future.. send the tuner back and Jody will burn another tune on there for ya..

I also have a hand shaker and went with the DP-Tuner. I pull some heavy trailers and like being able to pick my tune for the best performance while on the fly. You won't regret getting one.

That's the big advantage of a DP over an SCT, changing on the fly.
I found the throttle too touchy with the SCT set in race or even tow safe. I was running mine in the lowest setting, but now have the truck in stock.
You won't be able to shift fast enough to keep up with higher settings, it's the one time I wish I had an auto truck.
This year, DP, so if you want a good deal on an SCT.... I'll sell you one pretty cheap.

i guess the dp tuner is the way to go. how much money am i needing to save and as far as truck info i have a 2002 250 4wd with a 4in straight pipe,6637 mod, ccv mod, boost, egt, trans gauges and a luk clutch and skyjacker lift. not to much yet. also have a stock 96 plow truck and a 06 f350 4wd. i would like to thank everyone for there speedy replys
