Tranny(?) noise

I have a '05 F150 Screw, 5.4, 4x4 with 15,400 mi. I have recently installed an Edge set on Lvl 2. I have noticed a slight whirr or vibration at 1800 rpm. Only occurs at 60-65 mph under light acceleration. It doesn't slip, buck, or anything on that order and if I hit the throttle hard it goes away. I hadn't noticed it before the Edge was put in. Besides that it runs great, anybody else have a similar problem or ideas what it may be? Thanks.

Okay, it could be one of several things. Does it do it in all gears? Light throttle or heavy throttle? Does the noise change pitch with vehicle speed?

It seems to be only in overdrive under light acceleration. Happens at about 60-65 mph. Then disappears after acceleration. Does not change pitch. Is not a "grinding" noise or a "metal on metal" sound, just a noticable "whirr" that can be felt in the floorboard. I reset the Edge to stock and it seemed to go away. I was running Lvl 2 with pre-programmed shift firmness when I noticed the noise.
