i know alot ya'll have worked on or been around the newer 460's,well im lookin at a 96 f250 with a 460 it runs good only has 80k on it.what im wonderin here in a few years if i swap out the motor with on of these old style 429/460's i got out here in the shed would the only thing i need to change be the heads and intake or would i have to mess with the flywheel and the counter balence thingy on the crank too

 

i believe that all 460's after 79 were externally balanced,before internally balanced so depending on the year motors you have yes.
