need info on a carb

I stumbled across this holley in the shop and it has me pretty baffled. C8TF-9510-AT LIST-3797-1932 is on the choke tower. It is a 2 barrel holley that seems to be vacuum operated. With holleys, if its not a straight up 2300, 1850, 3310, 4150, or 4500, Im lost. Does any one have any info on this thing? I racked my brain earlier playing with it trying to figure out how to properly work it.
