i have a '98 exploder w/ the V6 4.0L SOHC ever since it has gotten cold here which was about mid nov. my truck has the hardest time starting. i once got codes that all of my cylinders were miss firing and that both my 02 sensors were running lean. whatever the problem is it is eating up a lot of gas. i use to get 400 per tank now i only get 200 per tank. any ideas?

 

Replacing the lower intake manifold gaskets with the updated ford parts solved this problem on mine. There is a TSB about the cold start vacuum leak caused by the original gasket design.
