Radiator came apart AGAIN !!!!

I'm seriously pissed. First time it broke down in the middle of Oregon, about a month and a half ago. Now it came apart again bottom corner. I thought this issue was taken care of.... They better fix it tomorrow by Sunday even though I don't have an appointment or I'm going to flip. I need this truck on the road by Sunday night.

sorry about the rant, the question is; has anyone else had it come apart a second time?

i have 38xxx miles on it now, almost all highway.

There was a post somewhere on here about radiators made before 08/07 recalled by the manufactor because the seams were not properly crimped? Your 2nd radiator might be one of them.

It shouldn't have been, I just had it replaced and this was already a known issue.

They just told me it won't be fixed till monday/tuesday because no one has a radiator in town. Also it is out of warranty so this is out of my mother****ing pocket.

I just told them it better be under warranty since I just had it replaced about 2 months ago. They said they're going to see what ford will do, but it doesn't look favorable since i put 29,000 miles on since then.

Anyone know where I can get an aftermarket radiator? Is there a beefed up one that is welded? I can't afford to loose more money and time.

Is this a radiator issue or coolant flow issue? Is it building up too much pressure and not flowing enough, and this is the weak spot that gives?

I have extended up to 200k miles with the 21 point coverage, but that does not cover the radiator

They said the ford rep will cover all but $200 since I just had one replaced and I also came back to my original dealership to do the work.
