Removing Armrest on Captains Chair

Does anyone know how to remove the armrest on a drivers side King Ranch captains chair? I have one the is going lower than the horizontal ( instead of 3 o'clock more like 4:30). Anyone have any experience with this and how to repair?

I don't have leather. I have an XLT, but on mine the cloth covering is just a slip on piece. You can untuck it from the back and slip it forward a little to reveal the screw holding the armrest on. There is the screw and a small stud that hold it on and limit movement.

Thanks! I guess I'll need to see if I can remove the leather and get to the screw. I really appreciate the picture; helps get a good understanding of how it works.
