IP banged up. Need a reference
The IP on my 87 6.9l is banged up where the markings are. Can someone tell me what the original markings are supposed to look like? Here is a pic of my IP and the damage.

That is what mine look like too... the lines were probably put there by a person timing the engine previously. After a rebuild usually rebuilders flatten any obsolete lines so when the IP is timed, new ones can be installed.
