Ok I just converted back over to an 88 f250 from something other then a ford and need help I've searched and just cant find a straight to the point answer

heres the run down. I'm rebuilding a 88 f250 5.0. I need to know the plug firing order and as dumb as this may seem is number 1 on drivers side or passanger side.
Dont flame to bad please and thanks in advance for the help

Why wouldn't it be the 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8 order?
