i'm swapping out my 300 for a 351w with 360 hp and 400 torgue, is the NP208 capable of handling this much power?

 

It is if you don't romp on it when you get stuck!! IF the wheels are bound up pretty
good and you try to power out any part can be broke by any motor, With your level
of power you will have to be a bit more careful in certain situations not just for the
t-case but the drive shaft, diff, etc. You will have to make the right call to either
power out or get a pull/winch out!! And that will come with experience and hopefully
not experience from breaking parts.

 

is there a stronger t/c then the NP208 that will mate up to my c6 trans?

 

yes a np205 will fit up to your transmission, but I also know a couple guys running np 208 cases with big blocks making around 450-500hp and adding 200 nitrous. me I ran one for 3 yrs with a 350hp small block behind a C6.
