93 F 150 no wipers

Hello, I have a 93 F150 with itermediate wipers and i can hear clicking behind glove box also the switch has no resistanece when you move it. I have been readinf some other forurms and I think it is the switch any help would help please.

well, if the switch is a floppy hankie, that's a good place to start.

but don't be suprised if there are other problems.

Check for continuity between the switch terminals. An ohmmeter must be used to test switch used with the interval wiper system.

To detect marginal operation of the switch, rotate or slide the switch control **** while each reading is being taken.

If the switch does not exhibit continuity, or if poor continuity exists in any switch position, replace the switch.
