electrical problems

i'm having a number of problems. first of all every sensor on the engine seems to be bad, according to the OBD2 tool. and the a/c seems to be bad. i can't believe every sensor would be going bad all at the same time. i suspect an electrical problem. if i have a bad ECM would that cause the issues?

...a bad scan tool maybe? If every sensor was shot the engine would not run. Possibly check for a loose/bad ground for the PCM or DLC.

check battery terminals for corrosion, loose fitting

perform a voltage drop test at all the grounds

got an alarm...or sound system...inspect the wiring

wiggle the key while scanning the pcm

How the heck did you determine every sensor is bad? I wouldn't play the Powerball anytime soon with that kind of luck.
