New to me. Needs some help already.

Hello,

Finally, got a chance to look at the engine. Attached is a picture of some valve that is missing hoses.


Can you guy tell me where does the other side of this valve go? I assumed the hose that lying in front the valve suppose to go in the input side? TIA and BTW pictures of the new ride.

I just realized I can't post picture

Ok folks,

Since I can't upload any pic, I'm going to try to explain where this valve is. I I'm standing in front of the engine bay, it's just about 2 inches left of the air filter housing, it's looks like a valve with one inlet and one out let, the diameter of the valve is about 1.5 inches.
I think I found the inlet vacuum hose but no where to be found the outlet. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Thank you for your help.
