Will rims off 1992-1996 F150 fit a 2007 ranger? I know the tires are both 15x7 with 5 bolt hole pattern but I am not sure about the spacing, offset, etc?

They shouldn't fit. Fords 1/2 ton trucks use a 5.5" bolt pattern. The Ranger uses 4.5" which is the same used on Mustangs and other cars. I have heard that on a couple F150s in the early 80s got a 4.5” wheel for some reason. I have never seen them in person though and haven’t figured out which option/equipment package they where included on. Also, newer trucks have hub centric wheels. The hubs center wheels instead of the lug nuts. The center hole in the older wheels may not fit over the hub. So in your case I’d have to say those wheels won’t work.
