99 expedition problem

99 expedition problem
hello:
I have a 1999 expedition ED Bauer.
It seems to idle ok when in park,after shifting to drive the the idle drops and the truck wants to stall. Also seems to have this problem when driving on occasion. I cleaned the mass air flow valve but still have the same problem.
Today I took the truck to my local auto parts store and they hooked it up to there hand held computer. They said cylinder 2,5 misfired.
This would lead me to believe the plugsor coils/boot or all of the above and defective. Is there a way to verify this should I just go and buy the parts,also how do I know which cylinders are 2,5.

Swap coils 2 and 5 to other spark plugs (let's say 1 & 6) and see if the problem follows.
