53-56 custom grille treatments

Ive been looking around trying to get ideas for my '54 front end. Ive seen tube grilles, canted headlights ect, but nothing really pops out at me. Does anyone have links/pics/suggestions that'll give me more eyecandy to look at

Check out ferguson777's gallery. He came up with a really sweet grill using most of an early Pontiac grill

What ever you do, don't kill the '54 grille. These were the least produced for the 53-56 model years, and there fore are the hardest to find. Of course, they are all getting hard to find, but the '54 is by far the hardest. It seems most people don't like them, and they end up in the scrapper to make room for a chrome '56 grille (which I think is the least attractive).

A 55 grille is the best looking grille ever put in an Effie. You could not go wrong with one in a 54.
