Shimmy/wheel hop 2001 E150

Hi,

despite new balljoints (upper and lower both sides) and well balanced wheels my van keeps vibrating at 70+ mph. The vibration can be felt mainly in the body at the passenger side and slightly in the steering wheel. I checked the steering linkage manually but could not find any play. The only root cause left I can think of are bad shock absorbers. Does anyone in the forum have had similar issues, or found issues caused by worn front shocks?

Thanks for any comments.
