High frequency vibration in steering wheel

Something I have noticed is I feel a very high frequency vibration in the steering wheel when stopped and engine is idling. It's there whether in gear or not.

It quickly goes away as soon as rpm is increased when excellerating and becomes smooth. Have any of you other owners noticed this?
F-350 6.4L diesel

I don't know what difference it makes, but a 2000 F-350 7.3 diesel...

I just notice more vibrations in my diesel then I had in my gasser, just curious if you were going from a gasser to a diesel or not
