Cool little dilema i have/need you Vote here

i got ICP sensor from the guy on Ebay, wont mention his name for now.
and yesterday usually i get my mail before 12pm and by 1pm i sent the guy an email saying that i didnt get it and im dissapointed in his service and that he stated that he shipps within 24h of payment, so i pay like 2 min after auctions, cause its me, it was on sunday, anyways this is a response i got from him :

" you bought it on the 28th and it was shipped on the 30th, ebay is a hobby to me not a job, if your part was shipped 1 day late i dont think you should bitch about it like a little GIRL, dont bid on any more of my things because i will NOT accept your bids, if you want **** immediately mabye you should drive down to the dealership pay the $160...People like you ruin ebay.....never again..."

so that pissed me off and i replied to him that i wont lower myself to his level and i just said that i wont buy from him ever again. BTW sensor arrived like around 2pm and i wanted to send him an email saying dont worry i got it and that i hope i was not a bother, which i stated also in my email to him....

now i just got finished doing my turbo and all that thing i get home and here is another email from him

" please return plugs i sent you " ( new Glow Plugs)

and second email

" please return extra sensor i sent you " ( ICP)

so whos the little Girl crying now ???????????? MF??????

my question to you is send them back or keep them and teach little MotherF to be polite ???????????????????

thanks

Pete

I would tell him to pay a shipping and handling fee and you can send them back. And then remind him of what an idiot he was by taking a week or two to return them due to the fact that fixing his problems isnt your full time job!

I would not send them back, if you dont need em, post them on ebay for sale and tell him if he wants em to bid on em, and if not drive down to the dealership and pay $160 dollars for em...

So he accidentally sent you an extra sensor and a set of glow plugs?

I would ask for shipping and then take my sweet time sending his stuff back. If he doesn't want to pay for shipping them liost his glow plugs and the extra sensor and sell them.

I had a guy send me an extra 12v strobe light kit once. I bought one but got two packages. I e-mailed him and let him know that he accidenatlly sent two and he told me since I was honest to keep the extra.

I like Mudmaker and 88F-150's responses the best. I'd be a little b!tch about it. If you do ship them back, I'd ship it in a not so nice package or a HUGE box w/ a bunch of packing peanuts in it, with the parts scattered through out the box and even some of them taped to the sides of the box.

Sounds like you got it fairly quick, but I do not like the response. Post that name for all to see.

Just to understand...what exactly did the guy do wrong? Did he not send you the things you purchased or that it was an hour late?
