need help pulling parts off
ok So i got a 74 with a good body very little if any rust, but the transmission is blown, the local shop wants 1200-1500 to do a cab swap, so i figure ill just pull the fenders and doors and hoods off and put them on my 78.My 78's doors are rusted and the fenders are bad, how do i pull the fenders and the front grill off? i got one door and the hood off.

insted of dissaembleing the front clip i would just swap the whole thing since you want most of the sheet metal y not go the extra mile and replace the inner as well. there are two core support bolts in the front on either side of the radiator straight down and against the cab there should be three bolts on either side up top connecting the fire wall to the inner finders. two bolts (one eihter side) in the wheel wells by the firewall and one bolt on the bottom of each finder at the rear and one bolt if you open up the doors at the top there will be one accassable through the gap between the door and finder. hope this helps y
