Adjusting the Valves?
There shouldn't be any major adjustment needed. Ford's are good that way -- just remove the valve cover, and turn the damper so that the cylinder is at top-dead-center. this would be where the cylinder is firing. once the piston is at top dead center, just tighten the rocker arm nuts down tight with a 3/8" t-bar. chevy's need the adjustment, but ford's just get tightened down as tight as you can at top-dead-center. i just rebuilt my i6 about 3,000 miles ago, and haven't adjusted the valves yet. any more questions just e-mail me

Adjusting the Valves?
I rebuilt my 300 a year ago and I never tightened then down on each cylinder. I just tightened the rockers down to the proper torque and then just forgot to tighten them.
P.S. how do you like that 270* cam. can you tell any torque or power differences? does it have better response? I just ordered mine and it should be in tommorrow.
