I've been dropping in and out of this forum......I'm in South Charleston, and I've just started re-visiting the 1947 and older forum here. Thought I'd say 'Hey' again, and share a coupla photos of my almost finished 1941 with a Flathead and C-4 automatic.
I'll be motoring not too far from Nutter Fort this Friday, not in my '41, but in my '34 Chebby sedan. We always go to Elkins for the July 4th weekend car show.....there's usually about 600 cars and trucks there for the weekend. One of the better shows in the state each year.
Well it started last night with a huge thunderstorm, rained all night, and is still raining now.
I don't think they had much fun down at the park last night.
Wheeling Symphony Orchastra was here for a concert, and a huge fireworks display afterwords.
It was raining hard enough I did not even walk up the hill to see the fireworks, and it is one of the best displays I have ever seen in WV, they have been doing this every year for a while now.
