F-350 Dually vs. single axle

how come a f350 single axle truck sits higher then the f350 dual wheel truck? i been looking at both and the 4x4 duelly is lower to the ground....why is this??

One reason might be the tire size.. my dually has 235-16 OEM and i think the single axle has 265-16.. Also the spacer blocks under the springs are probably different..
