You obviously don't have a 6.4L engine, or any other make with one then.

EPA definition. REGENERATION. The new engines have a soot particulate filter on the exhaust. My definition, JUNK METAL. Bad news.

Has anyone had any luck making this fuel economy trick work with the upfitter switches or has this myth been busted?

If the guys who have these switches woud do a milage test and conferm that they work, I would hook mine up but I can't understand the principle of how it works.

Well mine has the upfitter switches but I have not even finished my first tank of fuel yet so I have no comparison. I seem to be getting around 12mpg on the lie-o-meter so far...

Sorry if I wasn't clear, it did not work for me.

as a matter of fact, if you leave the switch on to the PTO your engine will rev to 2250 everytime you set the park brake with the engine running,,,,causing a regen burn,,,,what do you think that effect on mpg's is?
