Can use a 7.3 PS turbo for 6.9 IDI

I have complete turbo(good low 5000 mile),dump and exhaust piping (and lot of other parts) that came off a 95 powerstroke. Is there any way I can make this fit to a strong low mile 6.9IDI? I know I would need better head studs.Any advice would be great.

Custom exhaust, intake, oil feed/drain u can make any turbo work. BUT, efficiency/performance is another thing. That turbo would be slow spooling as the AR on the turbine is over a 1.0
