Hey Rhode Island...got your ears on???
OK...here's the scoop...there are 451 folks from your great state that are registered as FTE members...yet we very rarely if ever hear from any of you in the NE Regional threads. Is it something we said??? Is it something we did??? Body odor??? Bad Breath??? Please clue us in!!! We have a very active core group of guys and gals who hold a GTG on a monthly basis...we're always looking to meet other Ford enthusiasts. We've been actively reaching out to you for a while now...in the last 5 months we invited you to "The Big June Bash"...about 50 attended...one left with Sawx tix...one left with Nascar Nextel Cup tix...everyone left with a t shirt and a full belly...only one person from RI expressed interest...ultimately he couldn't make it. We suggested a meet IN your great stat at Tasca Fords' Annual Car Show...no one responded.
Our next GTG is Saturday, October 20 in Fall River at Battleship Cove...a much shorter ride for some of you than for many members from MA, VT, and NH. I know some folks will drive about 3 hours for the meet!!!
I (we) sure hope to see some of you guys and gals on the 20th...check out the thread...we don't bite...well most of us don't!!!
Our next GTG is Saturday, October 20 in Fall River at Battleship Cove...a much shorter ride for some of you than for many members from MA, VT, and NH. I know some folks will drive about 3 hours for the meet!!!
