D20 strength?
How strong is a later Dana 20 transfer case from a ~75 Bronco? It's been modified for twin sticks, and I know they are a cast iron gear drive case, with a decent low range, but can they handle a healthy 390?

the original bigfoot (blown 460 with 44inch groundhawgs) had one in it i believe. but that is an oddity. they have been known to live behind very strong small-blocks in the old CJ-5 jeeps. if i was you, i would find a NP205. they will hold up to anything.
