Exclamation Back to The Drawing Board!

Brentlee did a great job designing our logo, but as some of you know, our current logo was shot down due to 'Intellectual infringement'...Therefore, the best plan of attack is to start anew.

I will work on one that will be undeniably unique to our Chapter, but could use your help...If any of you have scenic pictures of the state, specifically Mt Rainer or Baker that you do not mind being used in the logo, please email them to me. Keep in mind that they must be pictures that you taken or have the right to share.

It would be great if any member would also come up with a logo design. The more ideas we have, the better chance of selecting a design that we want.

If there are any questions about what can or can't be used, please email or PM me... Over the past week, I became reasonably well educated on 'Intellectual infringment'.

FYI... The 'Built Washington FTE Tough', and the Truck combo were too similiar to current licensed and registered items.

Here's a closeup of Mt.Ranier that doesn't state any © that I can see (it's a pump manufacturer i used.) http://www.crisafulli.com/power_units.htm

click for 1200x and save

This hiker's site is user friendly http://www.cloudwalkersbasecamp.com/pc_backgrounds with donated pics of Baker and Ranier and other photos for download as free wallpaper/screensaver, with no obvious © claims.
