OBA installed...no difference in boost?
Installed the OBA and still only build 25psi..and to achieve this it takes holding it at 3200 rpm and egts are thru the roof at *1500...I've tightened the crap out of my boots. I wa under my truck the other day and saw a bit of a leak where my egt pobe goes into the up-pipe...now since its exhaust does it effect boost? I know leaky uppipes cause power loss so Im guessing this will have the same effect?

25psi is sounds good, for a stock sticks and turbo,
i think 28# is the most, over 25# is going beyond stock turbo map, IIRC,
but UP pipe leak might cause that, get a flashlight and go under your truck and you can see if you have soot on the flanges,
and up pipes can be major problem why you wont build more than 25#, and you EGT's are up too, so my vote is you have leak somwhere,
you UP pipes drive your turbocharger, without them or major leak , its no go

are you sure there is no leaks in the boots or up pipes??? check the driver side IC pipe down by the power steering pump..make sure that elbow from one of the hoses didnt punch a hole in the IC pipe...also did you check the turbo wheel for dusting ,chips..play in the wheel??

build one of these for less then 20 bucks at lows..you will find the leak fast..you cant hear one unless your driving and building boost...one of these you fill the system with air and listen..also make sure you have the map line nice and tight too..if you had the babies butt off..is it back on right?? there is a small dowl that needs to be lined up just right with the turbo..if it isnt you will loose boost and raise temps just like a bad donut..
