Can I switch my driveside seat cusion with the passenges? The drives side is worn and uncomfortable, I need a quick fix because my back is hurting from always leaning to my left. Thanks

Makes sense... sort of like flipping over your mattress.

If you have the power seat controls, then no. My 02 Lariat is left and right and that is that. However if the left side of each seat looks the same, likewise to the right, possibly. Well wait a minute, the way they mount with the studs/holes in the floor might be different. I should know i was just there. All you need is a T50 torx bit and a 18mm wrench, the seat comes out in 2 mins.

Are we talking just the foam or the whole seat? If it's the hole seat then we're talking captains chairs. That would mean the armrests would be bass ackwards.
If it's just the foam, how expensive would new foam be?

Okay I did it.

What I did was took the fabric off the front and slid the foam out, then did the same on the opposite side. On the passenger side I had to cut a piece of fabric that connected the foam to the seat. All in all it came out well. It made a huge difference.
